Aloe Veterinary Clinic
COVID 19 Protocols for Aloe Vet Clinic
With this crisis of corona virus we want to assure our clients that we will continue to help your pets but in order to do that we need to protect our staff from the virus and minimise risk to clients.
Only 1 client per animal in the clinic. If there are other people waiting then please wait outside for your appointment.
We have hand sanitisers in the clinic so please use these when coming in.
We recommend only bringing in your pets if they need to be seen. Vaccinations can be delayed for up to 3 months unless your pet is going into kennels or travelling overseas.
If you are showing any symptoms or have travelled overseas please can you ask neighbour or friend to bring your pet in.
Please phone for an appointment and stick to appointment times to avoid too many people in the clinic at one time.
You can also phone ahead for repeat prescriptions and food so it can be ready and even pay via eft to avoid too much contact and time in the clinic.
We have set up a virtual consultation platform on Medici so we can do some consultations while you are at home. This will not be able to replace a physical examination but in some cases it could reduce your need to get out. If you do need to come in for a consultation then the Medici fee will be deducted from your consultation fee.
